Cancellation & No-Show Policy To reserve your appointment, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Appointments canceled for any reason will result in the forfeiture of the deposit paid. In addition, clients who cancel their appointment will be responsible for 50% of the total scheduled service cost. No-shows and same-day cancellations will also be charged 50% of the total service cost and will forfeit any deposit on file. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time as a solo esthetician.
